Meet our founder

Costa Casiou is an infrastructure investment and M&A transactions specialist. 

In 2023, he founded SPINFRA to bring together expertise, market insights, strategic relationships, investment opportunities and capital to niche asset owners, developers, investment firms and service providers across the decarbonisation and energy transition supply chain.

With 20 years’ experience in project delivery and investment advisory across the energy and renewables, mining, oil and gas, ports, water and transport sectors, Costa has developed significant projects and facilitated strategic asset and business transactions throughout Australia. His expertise in strategic advisory, market intelligence, investment and technical due diligence, M&A origination and transactions combined with his deep relationships in engineering, consulting, construction and investment banking provides a unique and compelling offering in the market.

His relationship-first approach brings together the concept, capability, connections, capital, and clarity to create “solutions that fit” by engaging both “in the market” and “on the market” to deliver growth through investment.
